Do You Go To Yard Sales/Garage Sales?

I got a birdhouse for  $1 today at a garage sale.
I like to go but only if alot in the area or big community day yard sales. Don't want to wasste gas driving all over the place!

I've found some real good deals at Yard sales. I bought an oscillating fan that was just slightly used for $4 last year. I like going when I can.

i like garage sales but I usually buy something I'm looking for like baby items or toys that I can clean up and reuse instead of paying more for it at the store and just use for a while.

I agree, having a garage sale is too much work and then too much to put away. When we built our new house 2 years ago, I had a huge garage sale and told my hubby that NOTHING that was left was coming into the new house. It didn't! We loaded up the truck and went to Goodwill. Nice tax credit for it though.

I do love going to garage sales though. I love when they have the city wide sales here. They have one in May and one in September. Then there are so many you don't even have to drive much.

when I have the extra money I stop. I wont stop if I dont have any money. specially when i see something I like and dont like not having the money to get it.
Every year we go to shepard during teir festival and walk all over town to the garage sales. the town is filled with them and they are very close together.

I love yard and garage sales.  I go to yard and garage sales regularly.  You can get some really great deals!

There's one sad thing about working on Friday, like I had to last week.  I must have passed 20 yard sales, and I couldn't stop, 'cause I would have been late!

Seems like I'm always too busy getting ready to have one and no time to go to one. Its another thing I do for extra cash.

yes I do I love to save money. I can always found clothes for the kids cheap.

Hardly ever. If I am driving by and I see a specific item and it is close to my house, then MAYBE. But regularly? No, absolutely not. I have enough "stuff"
