Has anyone used a Magic Jack?????

Just wanted to know if you or anyone you know uses the magic jack.

I would like to know too.  My phone bills are outrageous and I don't even make very long distance calls but pay about $50 a month just for the phone to be working.  That is way to much now that we have to pay for TV too!

I have no personally used the Magic Jack in my own home. However, my mom spends half of the year in Florida and the other half in Ohio, so she has always struggled with expensive phone bills. She bought a magic jack this past fall before she went down to Florida and she used it the whole time she was there and she loved it! Like I said, I have never used one, but I have talked to my mom while she was on her magic jack on the phone and it seemed to work fine. She loves it.

Cool!! thanks pridegirl88 and everyone else I think I'm going to go ahead and get it then.  They have it as an offer here on FC and I am hoping it will help me with lowing our bill we are paying over $160.00 a month in home, cell, and internet.  I will be able to drop hme phone and just keep internet so this will be great. 

One more question pridefirl88 do you know if there are any other fees besides the $20.00 a year.  if you don't mind asking her it would be great to know.  Thanks so much girlswin2
