I have wondered that myself, Stealth3si, since there are so many threads that really need to be 'cleaned up'. It's also an impossible job, I would think, for just 2 people (Kohler/Admin) to reply to questions that members can't answer. It seems as if most problems/questions never get resolved if a member cannot help with them or the answers aren't on the site T.O.S. or in the very limited support and help sections. This is the first site I have been on without Mods to delete duplicate threads and/or move them to the correct sections.

These forums are not moderated and cleaned up.  The admins will step in when necessary, but each topic is not moderated.

We're fans of the 'less is more' moderation philosophy.  We are almost always around, but try to avoid stepping in unless it's egregious or spam.  The other thing to keep in mind is that this is the very first encounter with an internet forum for a lot of our members, and it can be confusing and overwhelming at first (there are a LOT of links on every page!).  This often results in messy posts or threads, sometimes posted by accident, but it's part of the learning process.  Fortunately, topics move quickly enough that the crummier stuff falls off to the second or third page pretty quickly -- in this way, the forum is somewhat self-moderating.

There is a 'report to moderator' link under each post which should be used when a post or topic is way out of line.
