Never mind, I got it to work, it is a little tricky though, if you don't click in the right spot. Just an FYI for everyone.

It is a bit tricky to get your name in there,  You just cant tell where the blank is, you sort of need to click towards the top/above the name(and it may be different in every browser).  Anyway I just wanted to comment to heed the advice from Tuffys_daughtr and not give up!

It should be right under the word Username there is a thin dotted line.

Good News: We have a solution and next survey will be username automatic and FANCIER!
