My cookies are enabled, pop-up windows are not blocked, and I am still having the problem.

What browser are you using....IE or Firefox?? If you're using IE, try Firefox. Have you tried clearing you cache & cookies before doing each offer? Does your daily cash email work for you? If you've tried everything, put in a support ticket.
I said in the first post I'm using Safari. Everything else works fine, including the daily cash email. I thought that this would get fixed because the administrator replied once but then they never came back to the thread. :[

I would definitely put in a support ticket.  :dontknow:

@Tuyetmai: I don't really understand your suggestion because the links don't come until after you wait and the problem I was having was after I clicked on the links so I definitely did wait. Thank you for trying to help, though.

@Administrator: It's still doing the exact same thing. I type in the code and click the button and then nothing happens.
Hmm then I have no idea what the problem is...

I put in a support ticket but it looks like putting the subject as "offer not crediting" or whatever was a bad idea, because they don't seem to take those support tickets seriously. They don't have the support ticket showing on the support ticket page and it says "If you submitted one about this, click here" and it sends you to a page of offers you have clicked whether they credited or not, but has nothing about the support ticket. Do they even look at those? Should I put in another one, since it's not just a problem of it not crediting but that it glitches and won't let me finish it?

I do everything but then I click the very last link, fill in the 4 character code, press the button and I don't get the new window. So of course I hit refresh and it wants me to click the ads again. I've tried a few times and it just won't work for me since they added the code.

I'm using Safari if it makes a difference.
I don't know what's going on but I've been having trouble getting credit for daily cash email & paid to click. The problem started on 10/27/10 on ward. I already requested for help from support this weekend got an email that they got my email but that's it. Today, I did get my $3 forum bonus. Thank you FC but please get on with the other problems. It maybe your server I use firefox or maybe someone has hacked into they FC system.

I would make a new thread for this, because this isn't the problem that the thread is about exactly and I want to make sure both of our problems get solved. What if your problem goes ignored in this thread?

I really think I should make another support ticket but I don't know if I could get in trouble. ._. Ideas anyone?

It has to be something on your end.  Paid to Click & Daily Cash Email are both crediting at above the usual rate lately.  You might have issues caused by: HOSTS file, ad-blocking software, proxy, corporate filtering, or very restrictive browser security settings.  Please check all of those things (you may have to use google a bit) and if you still can't get credited, feel free to open a ticket.

We're not intentionally ignoring any issues -- if you aren't getting a response on the forum it's appropriate to open a support ticket.  FYI, when you select the "offer crediting" category on the "open ticket" page, it does NOT submit a ticket for you.  Choose another category if you want to actually submit a ticket.
