Black History Month

I found it interesting that on the history, discovery, and Black enthnic interest network channels barely displayed any forms of Black history.  There was a lack of historical, geographical, and entertaining programs that were geared towards Black history during the month of February.

I thought I was the only one who noticed the lack of historical programs regarding black history month.  I don't know if its because people don't really care, a lack of funds, a lack of people who in the past broadcasted media during black history month.

It seems that in the past few years there isn't a whole lot of talk about black history month anymore.  When I was in school it seems like it was more emphasis but I guess since I haven't been in school for decades I don't pay attention.
