a few pieces of advice.
There's an easy way to make a password, that's different for every website, but allows it to still be easily remembered.
First you want to think of a passphrase, or a word. Obviously, there's more complex solutions, I'm just going with a simple explanation.
Objects are good, but don't choose people's names, or birth city, etc. A good example would be "orange".
The next step is to develop a substitution method for certain letters in it. One example would be "0r4n6e", or "0r1n75 (representing some of the letters by their numerical value).
Experiment with this substitution method until you find something that is easy to remember. I'm going to go with "0r4n6e" for this example.
So now take your passphrase, and decide whether this next part should be at the begging or end of your password. Either way is fine, whatever is easier for you to remember.
The example website I'm going to help you create a password for is gmail.com. Keep in mind this is only an example, and you can alter this guide however you please.
So your username is fake-email@gmail.com, and your password is going to be 0r4n6egmdc
The reason I added gmdc is because it's a representation of G-Maildotcom.
Of course you could do substitution with the extra part that's specific to where you're logging in, or even the username you're using, etc.
Another example would be aol.com, you could do 0r4n6eA0dc
A-zero-dot-com
Figure out your method that works best for you, and you have a safer, more secure way of protecting (and remembering) your passwords!
