It was doing that to me all morning also. Finally went through an hour or so ago.

Never was able to get through on it yesterday.

I TRIED MY 2 CENTS FOR ALMOST AN HOUR... HOPING I WOULD QUALIFY FOR 1 SURVEY. A COUPLE OF TIMES I THOUGHT I WAS ACTUALLY GONNA QUALIFY, BUT NOOOOOOOOO.... FINALLY GAVE UP!!!  :dontknow:
