help, poblem with Smoking Survey

The Smoking Survey won, let me choose correct Birth year. It is only showing me 1982 and up. Is it just me or is their just something wrong with the site appliction.

Looks like the survey/offer has restricted demographics to people age 30/29 or less.

Not unusual.  Just try another.
