Movies are always a decent start but personally I would go with something a little more fun and adventurous. When you at the movies you sit and watch.....how are you going to get a better idea if she feels the same if your not talking? Find an activity she really enjoys and do that to help bring out her personality and show her how fun you can be around. For example if she likes doing hiking or nature walks say he I found this really cool place would you like to go.

Just be yourself for one. Don't say any of those bad lines like some guys tend to so Then just go up to her and ask how she's doing then ask her if she would like to go out sometime.  Depending on your ages  whether you go out for drinks or not.  Usually going out to eat first to get to know each other some and find out what each likes to do.  Then ask if she'd like to watch a movie, or something else.  I wouldn't go to the club scene just yet til you know what each other likes.  Just don't do or say anything that makes you come off fakey.

Well how old are you guys now? it all depends on how she feels, has she given you any clues or anything like this to have you to believe that you can be more then just friends, because even if she has feelings for you as more then friends, she mite not want to be with you because if you do become bf and gf, and some how you realize your not the one's for eachther she needs to be resurred that you guys can still be just as good friends before you where . and if you can't be just as good friends after you guys break up then she will not risk your friendship! if ultimaley it means you guys will never be close again, thats the first thing i would do.....
