Get a second opinion.  My aunt went through something like that and they thought she was to young, but realized that she might be going through early menapause.  She was having hot flashes and unwanted hair growth, they finally put her on hormones.

Unwanted hair grow is a real problem for both sexes. A company recently came out with proper solution: Laser hair removal at home. No more shaving , waxing or other undesirable method of hair removal. As far as other hormonal changes, drink lots of water and use your air conditioning or air fan at home.

I agree with the other members responses, get another opinion. See other doctors that specialize in the area of Hormonal changes/menapause. There's a web site I think called MDweb or just search medical information sites. Also try Health & medial information forums. If you find out that you were right & your doc was wrong. FIND NEW DOCTOR! Good Luck!

I had the same problems with doctors not believing me. I suffered 2 years with  gall stone attacks because the doctors would not believe me. I would go to a Naturopathic doctor
 and acupuncture works really good.

A second opinion is always great! But I agree with the poster who suggested accupuncture. It really is helpful with things you would never would expect.

I was having issues and I went to a doctor who listened.  She ran all kinds of tests, and ruled out lots of things.  Found out I was in early menopause before I was even 40.  Check it out.  I think personally that she listened because she was a young female doctor.

I remember the first time I got menstral cramps.  I had an old (male) doctor who told me it was psychological and wanted me to listen to these tapes to "get over it".  I realized that only I would know there is something wrong with me and totally refused to leave until he gave me something.  Yes, when you know there is something terribly wrong and the doctor says no go to a different one.  I doubt the second one would say the same thing if you really do know something is changed.

I totally agree no one would feel that change or that something is wrong except you but you can't know what it is the doctor can so I think you should check with another doctor and I do recommend that you sit with a pen and piece of paper and write down what you feel changes and try to remember and describe everything you feel then go to the doctor, sometimes we don't describe what we feel right or forgot to say something that has important indication but when in the doctor office we forget to say it
so the paper will remind you with everything you wanna say

Chinese medicine has been around for 2 thousand years. Do a search online. holistic healing is worthwhile. Dr Michael Tierra has helped me.
A friend told me about some herbs; they helped; when I mentioned that to the doctor, she said that doctors don't study that.
