Holding attention and intention is most important in meditation.

Take a deep breath and make a sound when you let your breath out. Take a deep breath and think of bringing your attention to the inside of the chamber behind or above your heart. Just breath and feel the love in your heart chambers. This is the purest energies of your energy. The energy of your sacredness. Exhale, take another deep breath and allow your self to feel your sacred chambers around your heart.
Where you put your attention expands. There is nothing but love as your bring your attention into your sacred chamber. Keep on breathing in and breathing out. Now when you have your attention inside bring your intention the divine is flowing to you. Whether you can feel it or not the divine is moving through your sacred chamber activating every cell of your body with the vibration of the Unity igniting the divine in all off us. As your breathing. Think of the Lords Prayer. A prayer that honors the divine and requests the divine to be part of us. Allows us to forgive and be forgiven. Say the What if it is all there for you.

Now you have expanded into the new energies brought by all the shifts and you will expand in love. :angel12: :angel11:
