The offer requirements say to "register." Does that mean the requirements are complete when you submit the first page (by registering your email?) or register for the "college" which is the next page? How do you "complete" this offer?

It's best if you register by putting your e-mail and complete all your information if you want to receive the credit

the only information to complete is email, a multiple choice selection, and "agree" checkbox.
