OH WELL, BACK TO NO CREDIT FOR VIDEOS

Watched the small business video three or more times but no credit. Not even a penny, something must be wrong, but I am not sure what it is.

Now I just watched two videos....No Credit!

This may not be applicable to this situation, but I caught myself leaving videos too early.  It would show I went there be not credited/awarded etc  Turns out,  I thought they were over . . . but when I started looking and trying to figure out why no credit  I realized I was leaving a little too early.  I now watch the seconds timer on the videos and make sure those last few seconds are done whether this site or another.  Dramatic improvement in my credits for watching videos.  All are showing up now.  The hard part now is catching the videos.  I have seen videos show up and within 30 minutes they are gone.  I thought I could wait till more convenient for me . . . not!  There are so many watching for videos, I guess it doesn't take long for the "allowance" to get used up.

The user happen to take the Diddy video off the site it is running off which i happen to believe is youtube.. I got credited the last few days for it but today when i click it said user has removed this video.. I'm sure that might be the problem!!

No credit last night or this morning for videos, and there is never any selection. Same old, same old.

I got credit for the jumping bull but no the home town video.  I usually watch it a couple of times and see if it is crediting before i keep watching it over and over.

So far I am only getting credit for about 1 out of every 3 surveys I take and cannot get support to respond. HELP!!

I watched a video a few times last night, and still no credit. Sometimes if you wait over night they will credit, but not this time.

Yes it does seem that there are less videos, they don't stick around very long and often times don't credit until over night if even then. Send a support ticket just to get the standard answer back, we don't get paid if you don't get paid, but the payment to FC must not be big enough for them to bother fixing issues in this area of the site. Just my humble opinion. If something is not working and it creates more work for an admin. Then go back to the sponsor and make them fix it and get it right or drop them from the program. Seems pretty logical to me. If they can't handle delivery of a working product then they should not gain the benefits of the exposure here. That's the way I thought the real world should work.

I totally agree with you. I just watched 3 more and nothing. I usually get the credit instant. I'm getting tired of it, and it's not just videos. What about issues with the surveys, too? I would think FC would want us to be happy and have us stick around without all the unnecessarry frustration. We all try hard to make a buck here.

I have not had any videos for days. But I have had some problems in the past getting credit for the videos.  Using a different browser helps.  I seem to have a lot of success with google chrome. I think that you posted that you logged in and out. if not, also try that. And also try re-booting your computer.  But first, try different browsers.  

OK, me again.  I completed the small business video using google chrome.  Did it more than once.  No credit.  I changed to firefox and watched the video twice.  And I got credit both times.

For some reason gambit doesnt like me for some reason, i dont think ive ever watched videos from them but they say im banned whenever i go on the site. I dont know what i did.
