Does anyone have any tips for qualifying for paid to post in the forums?

Post relevant or helpful posts that can assist fellow members like support or technical issues or suggestions too improve the site.

Hang around the forum and reply to posts like yours where people are asking for help. But overall you just need to have productive posts and not just say useless stuff to try and get the $3 bonus.

Find topics you like to talk about.  I they're asking if you like something don't just say "yes", explain why or what you like about it.

Start your own topics by asking questions that require more than one word answers.

Especially at first, it is difficult to give advice or helpful tips so you might want to look in Off-Topic section for threads you might find interesting and be able to contribute.  It's really not very complicated - you just need to post more than a short rely like 'cool' or 'I agree'.  You need to actually add to the conversation.  Also, it's a good idea to have a few extra posts beyond the 30 just in case some don't qualify.

Find topics thats based on something to do with Fusion Cash an hang in the Forum an get ideas from there an help others out thats how the system worked for me.

Just follow the rules! Make every post contributory and you shouldnt have any problems
