Fake posts annoy you?

I do find it annoying when people obviously just throw something out there to get their 30 posts in. But like others said, it gets old seeing the same topics and same discussions over and over. Most threads in the debate & discuss topic eventually turn to Christian/Non-Christian or Racism or Gender-Biased discussions. This is fine, I just feel it's hard to contribute when I have said my piece over and over. I have been guilty of starting a thread that was similar to another (completely on accident because it was before I was a member). And people kindly referred me to that discussion for their opinions. I am afraid it will get to that point about every topic.

I agree for the most part with the notion of posts that have real meaning.  I wonder if a requirement for longer posts and fewer of them could work.

If anyone is posting nonsense on purpose due to boredom or lack of creativity, just ignore those posts/threads that are obviously what you define as “fake.” Their actions speak louder than words for others to see and be laughed at. Why let it bother you as long as you don’t do it yourself?
