Where do I find the form for the forum bonus? I have looked for it. and I guess I am just looking in the wrong spot because I can't find it anywhere. Thanks for anyone who responds!!

It's right above. Click on the link: Are you getting paid to post yet? and submit three posts of your choice. I see you've got 43 posts so far. It may not be too late for November as long as you had 30+ posts logged in by November 30th. You are allowed to request the forum posting bonus for the prior month as well as the current month. It's always a good idea to pad yourself with a few extra posts beyond the required 30 should FC reject one or two.

For the current month, most of us wait until near the end of the month to request the bonus since this bonus is paid out on or around the 20th of the month FOLLOWING the month you submit your request. Forum posting bonus requests submitted any time in December will not be paid out until on or around the 20th of January 2012.

Most of my bonus $3 payments have been in the first or last week of the month.  I always submit my 3 as soon as I have 30 and then continue posting until the end of the month because I never know what tomorrow will bring.
