all i did was ask a question and i fell like i was given a smart :bootyshake: answer ...

That was your impression, (not necessarily an accurate one), of a link posted to answer the previously-posted same question.

and im the one being stupid because my feelings got hurt?

No, that wasn't the "stupid" bit.  The 'smartass' answer came from you when you asked, "Where in the rules does say that i have to, and who are you to tell me how to post you've only been here since February..........ROOKIE!!!!!!"

Good thing "duroz" didn't seem to take it too personally.

you know ur right and i apologize to duroz i shouldn't have over reacted

Well maybe next time you should just answer the question instead of trying to make someone sound stupid.

You do not appear to need assistance in that area.

all i did was ask a question and i fell like i was given a smart :bootyshake: answer, and im the one being stupid because my feelings got hurt?

First of all, your point of view that my suggestion was a smart a## answer is way off.  It was a general helpful hint type statement, and that's how the post reads to me. How "your feelings were hurt" by what I posted is beyond me.
I most certainly DID NOT post it to make ANYONE look stupid, I was merely suggesting that if people would look briefly at the previous topics and/or posts, they MIGHT find an answer, or find one more quickly.
You don't seem to realize that the more new topics that are started about the same EXACT thing, the harder and harder it is getting for people to locate any answers or information in the forum (there ARE people who choose to look for what they want to know - that don't necessarily want to make a post themselves, they just want to find answers or information).

And regardless of what you seem to think, that post was NOT any type of personal attack on you....which is more than I can say for your posts that followed. (your posts: snotty, lashing out for no reason, name-calling)

Well maybe next time you should just answer the question instead of trying to make someone sound stupid.

You may notice that I DID answer the question...link to topic already discussing your question.

It's nice to see members work things out.  I did receive the cd and think I got credit, but would have to look back to make sure.  I liked the man-up in this post with an apology for things said in haste.  Gotta respect and be open to suggestions.  Way to go guys.
