I drink coffee all day (it is free for my 10 hours at work). I probably have 3-6 16oz cups a day (with cream- no sugar). I have tried numerous times to get into tea (green, black, white, etc) for the health benefits, but it never sticks. Maybe I'll try to switch one cup of coffee a day to tea and see how that goes-- a lot of guys at my work have done it that way to get themselves off of coffee (the tea is free at work too).
