One of my favorite cakes is a casada cake. Another favorite is a cake my mom used to make that's easy, which is a pineapple nut cake.

My all time favorite cake is Caramel-the thicker the glaze or frosting the better.  Yummy!!!!

As a baker I have to say my favorite cake is a dark chocolate mocha with a chocolate butter cream frosting with a chocolate Italian cream filling. It is my most requested cake as well.
