How many kids do you have? Do you want more?

I have 3 kids all in maine and they are grown sometimes when i see people with a baby i want another but then think of the way the world is turning and I am glad i don't have any to raise in this economy I love my kids and will enjoy their kids

I have 5 children....4 girls and 1 boy.  They are between the ages of almost 16 through 8.  I love it!!!  They are close in age so they all have much to do together.  They grow so fast!!! No, I don't want any more right now...

That is a good question.  I think it really goes to the individual.  For instance, I am very happy with one child...  however, I think that woman sometimetime need more!  I am a guy,

well my friend im a girl & yes it depends on the couple & about how meny kids they wont & if they can afford it becase kids can be expensve with all the things they need

I am 34 and I have struggled with this decision. I see the world really getting worse and worse every day. My husband and I cannot afford one. They say before college, it's something like $200000. We are still paying student loans and I had to quit a toxic work environment that was affecting my health making life extra harder. I thought about just having one, but I think about the state of the world and will the child have quality of life in the future? The answer right now is no. If we were independently wealthy, I would go for it though. I don't criticize women who have their first child after 35, but it IS risky. Time for me, regrettably, is/has run out. Unless it's like "SURPRISE I'm pregnant", I won't try to actively have a child and probably will resign to being the fun aunt.

I have two kids...one is thirteen and one is fifteen.  They have turned out so wonderful that I wouldn't mind taking another swing at it.  There are a few problems with this:  We are having a heck of a time keeping up, from a expense standpoint, with the two that we have; I have been snipped so we would have to adopt; we are heading into our fifties which means that we wouldn't be able to be as active as a younger child develops.  Everytime I see a peaceful baby or a well behave child I want to have another child.  I am thinking that we will just concentrate on getting our existing children through college and live vicariously through our grandchildren!
