Wonder how you define "BEST". Lots of students drop out before they graduate due to lack of funds. So if you mean best to attend to insure graduation, you might want to start with your local state community college. And to lower cost, test out of some classes if you are a good student. If you are like me buckle down for some hard work. You can then transfer to the best college you can afford and the best one you are accepted into and complete your BA/BS.
The best college is the one you complete. These days you may need a strategy to keep cost down. Ask around, read some college guides at the library. Check low-cost online courses. If you use a for profit school do your home work before you enroll. Have fun and Good Luck!

Nothing is hard when  you put your mine to it.   I reside in the great state of California and I have five kids and I have been attending Argosy University for the last two years and I really enjoy it, I graduate in May of 2014.  I also attending Wyo-Tech a school for mechanics but at the time I wasn't a stay at home mommy so now it's harder for me to get homework and things done...I would say any college that is of credited just ask any enrollment counselor and make sure other wise if you hate the school the credit and classes you already paid for won't be transferred to a new school..Just be careful as to where you go and ask lots of questions in the process.
