What helps you to rise and shine in the morning?

I use my ipod to wake me up. The music gets me going

My 2 cups of coffee every morning is what wakes me up everyday.

Wow...all that?  I amtruly inspired and am probably going to incorporate your Halls Mentholyptus idea into my routine! I start with an alarm that goes off at 3:55 AM, five minutes of thought while I shut off the second alarm set to go off at 4:10. Rain, snow or clear weather I don my shorts and sweatshirt and take my two dogs for a walk while I sort the coming day out in my head. 15 minutes later I feed the dogs, make 5 small meals for the day and my hour commute, grab an ice tea and coffeee and I am set for the day!

Today, a cup of coffee and hope.  The hope that all these so called 'Americans' outsourcing jobs to other countries get what they deserve.  =-P
