I've this installed since I first signed up, still haven't received any credits and been plus 30 days.


As far as Toluna, I've been signed up with them, took surveys. Still no credit!! Its so frustrating.

I signed up for nielson and stayed on for over 90 days never got credit for that I got rid of it never tried the toluna though I dont think. Sometimes things just dont credit

I also never got credit for Neilsen, 2 months ago. It happens. I did however receive credit for Toluna. That was one of my very first qualifying offer credits.

Try opening a job ticket and posting a screenshot of your membership confirmation email. That MAY help?

I had joined Touluna in the past and had to cancel. They either didn't credit or wasn't what was stated. You just got to watch out for the bad one's and cancel your membership, there is no used being a member if you are not getting any credits or cash for your work.

It won't help opening a ticket even if you have proof. They'll just say sorry they can't do anything. Try to do it again with your cookies cleared

i signed up for toluna and got the credit almost instantly....i signed up for Nielson and have yet to be credited but its only been 3 weeks since i downloaded it and ive heard you have to keep it installed and use it for 30 days.

I signed up for Neilsen sometime last year and was credited immediately. With Toluna, I signed up once, and never got credited, so I cancelled my account and tried again. This time I clicked the link, registered, filled out my info, and took my first survey all in one sitting and got credited within an hour.

I signed up for Nielsen Digital Voice yesterday and I just got credited today. Sorry you haven't gotten credited yet  :(

What's the point of clearing your cookies and then trying it again? I'm already registered with the sites, I can't re-register.

However, this stuff happens like when SSI acts up or what not. You win some you loose some,

I know right...I have been signed up for Nielsen for about 3 months may be longer they sent me as email saying I have fulfilled my obligation with them but I know every time they send me an email I always open them and do what it says to do. So I had to resign up and still nothing to this day. Toluna every time I do a survey I never qualify for it I have been with them for a while and every survey they send I don't qualify for it either, I think I am just going to deactivate my account with them. No since to keep getting surveys that flood my emails but never qualify for them.
