my first cashout is pending and i can't wait, i am almost catching up with my second cashout already. still a little nervous until i get that first check but it seems everyone comes out the other side happy.

I'm not sure that I agree that it's HARD work!  It's work, but not HARD in my opinion.  I'd rather look at it as FUN work!  I am continually entertained by my activities on this site.  Even the daily tasks which can be hair pulling at times because they keep telling me I gave some answers that "weren't expected".  And I keep thinking "if the dudes already know the answers, why are they asking us???"  But as a whole, I am thoroughly enjoying the time spent earning my cash outs, and the payment is almost like icing on the cake!
