Getting payment credited back to account

Is there any way possible to get a payment credited back to your account if it was approved and then canceled?

You would need to open a support ticket and ask that question? Why was it cancelled? You must have been given a reason.

Did you do an offer or a survey? Were you given a reason as to why your credit was revoked? It may be that there is nothing you can do about the decision.
