Videos not working!!!!!!!!!!!

I have 2 videos at 2 of a kind with the image of a flag.  When I click on it, it come up put the arrow that you click on is to far up for me to click on.  I was wondering if anyone has the same problem and if you do how can it be fixed?  Thank you for any advice you can give me.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

 i had the two video but have not had any problems with any of them there easy
to do and i enjoy them at time they repeat but i get paid for them
