I never purchase stuff for me at christmas. My joy comes from giving to others; especially poor people. I think thats really the purpose of christmas. As God gave his son Jesus as a gift for our salvation, we should give to others.

I have no radio in my house so yes, I am going to buy myself a radio.  My radio/alarm now just has an alarm and no radio.

I am hoping to buy at least one thing I really want for myself, but if not I wont be sad cause I know my son will be happy with his gifts and that enough will put a smile on my face.

With all the great deals during the holidays, it's hard to not get something for myself every year.  I usually try to limit myself, but only buy things I know no one would ever think to get for me.  I love shopping for everyone else too... but nothing's more fun than shopping for yourself

Unfortunately, I won't be having enough money to spend for myself. I plan to purchase presents for my whole family, friends, and significant other. All of those presents accumulated would certainly be a lot of money. I don't think I'll have a spare for myself. Besides, I am going to get presents from others already.
