I've now tried this offer twice with two different browsers and still no credit, yet it is still on the offer wall. Perhaps it needs to be removed since no one seems to be getting credit for it.

Has anyone turned in anything to support on this offer yet?

That's probably what needs to be done if NO-ONE has gotten credit.....
