:) THank you!

I play alot of sports but even then, i'm not the fittest.

Bet you are in better shape than you think. After two years of intramurals in junior high I dropped music went out for high school sports. Luckily for me a friend and classmate challenged me to pullup and dip contest. He showed me I was lacking in upper body strength. You can take a general fitness test like: Google "mayo clinic fitness test". Have fun! Good Luck!

I ay go for it but at your own pace and level at first modify. It's great to challenge and push yourself. You feel so good after. When you are able to work it out the way it's supposed to be with the right intensity go for it. I am interested in trying the challange myself.

Most of the people I know that do Insanity just jump right in.  I haven't personally done it.  Just watching the infomercial makes me so tired lol  Good luck to you

Insanity isn't really the workout to start without after a long period of inactivity and it's not right for everyone. I certainly wouldn't suggest it, or anything involving a lot of pylometrics, to someone with back problems.

So very true or an older person ladavia89, plyometrics can do damage to other joints as well. Even if you see older people doing the workout in the ads. Not saying the workout from that company have no value. But there are better ways to achieve the results they do on certain demographic groups, lol, survey talk.  ;D
