Bananas are great for you, especially if you have problems with muscle cramps. It's my go-to solution when I'm having leg cramps. I've only ever heard of 2 problems with bananas. One is digestive problems if you eat too many at once. The other is a problem my dad's friend had. He and my dad used to do a lot of organized distance bike rides, and he religiously ate a banana every day. For whatever reason one day before a big ride he decided to not eat a banana and had the worst leg cramps all day.

Yes, they are high in potassium, it is good to eat one a day, and only at around 100 calories. They are a great source of vitamins and nutrients.

You must have seen one of those stupid ads that say bananas are bad for your weight. Bananas are very healthy; they're loaded with potassium and fiber!

I don't think bananas are unhealthy. I love bananas and they are a great source of vitamin B and potassium.

It depends who you ask and when.  They always are coming out with new studies.  One minute somethings good for you and the next it is not.  I personally can't imagine bananas as being harmful.

I like the taste of bananas but some sources suggest they may be harmful.

Bananas are good for potassium, now I heard if you eat them before bed you can get nightmares but Im not sure.  I have seen on tv that acid from oranges, grapfruit, and lemons can hurt the enamel on your teeth but not for your body because are body need those vitamins and this is the natural way getting them.

I have always heard bananas are good for you.  They are a good source of potassium.  When I was on Weight Watchers on the point system, they were 0 points, so they were unlimited.

I like to put a banana along with other fruits and veggies in my nutribullet machine to make drinks. So, I would say bananas are good for you :)
