♫♪ ♪ ♫ HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU....HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU.    Get a babysitter for the day or the evening and take care of you!  Since you sacrifice so much for her, just give yourself a break for your special day.  Don't keep count of who spends what, or you will always be disappointed.  Check into taking her to an adult day care, or if they have a facility for day care for handicapped people in your area..check it out...you may be able to get some sort of aid to take her there maybe  once a week  or every other week for your sanity!
