support ticket not working
« on: March 19, 2013, 02:22:35 pm »
I have tried to submit a ticket 4 times now and it keeps saying that I haven't filled out the form completely, although I have. It saves it for me with just a blank body. I am not trying to ask for assistance with anything on FC, I had a check get lost in the mail and it's been over  6 months now so I'm asking for it to be reissued. I have filled out support tickets in the past with no problems so I'm not understanding why now it won't work.

Half hour later>OK I just cleared out temp files, etc for the past week, logged back in, and retried another time, with the same result. UGH so frustrating.

Hopefully an admin is reading this post and can help you out. But I wonder if they can even reissue another check after over 6 months.

Are you submitting a ticket for an offer not crediting? I think that one redirects you to the Offer Credit Info page https://www.fusioncash.net/offerclicks.php since that is not something FC can correct.

after you filled it all out, did you scroll to the bottom of the page? you have to go all the way down and read the disclaimer asking if you have thoroughly searched the forums, and then if you have there is a separate tab to click that says yes I have searched the forums but want to submit my question anyways-- maybe that is where is got hung up. If that doesn't work , you might try posting something through the payments thread or reading through it to see if there are any answers to getting a replacement heck sent? good luck

I just tried to submit a ticket again with the same results. I guess I will try a different browser. Although I'm using the same one I used back in November when I successfully submitted a ticket.

Actually this is what admin told me I'd have to do if the check did not show up, either pay a stop payment fee or wait 6 months and they could reissue a new check.

Yes I did do this, it's just not registering that I am posting something in the body of the form. I will try a new browser, I guess, if that doesn't work , I will try to post somewhere for admin to see, I thought that was what the support thread was for. Dang so very frustrating  :BangHead:

Used a different browser, which initially didn't do the trick. After using less words to describe the problem, finally the ticket went through. Evidently, there's a limit on what or how much you can put in one. Thanks for everyone's help.
