Sick Again !

My daughter gets really sick around this time.She has seasonal allergies and flares up really bad. I am  happy to  hear your doing better.

So we all have another virus attacking stomach from both ends ,sharing back and forth im miserable ,severe stomach cramps,headache and sore throat

I hope you feel better. One thing that I notice that helps me when I am sick is chicken broth and a ginger tea with honey.  Also if you do not drink orange juice on a regular basis you should because the vitamin C helps minimize illness.  I started drinking more orange juice and I did not get sick last winter.

The way the weather has been latley with a surprise each day, Allergies are definatley on a uprise. I hope you feel better soon.

well thanks to all the rain we recently got the pollen seems to be down not near as many problems in my home with all our allergies ,thank you lord i can breathe without assisstance of inhaler

Oh my I feel so bad! I spent last week in Las Vegas, the trip was wonderful, my daughter got married there. Returned to Atlanta on Thursday and by Sunday I was coughing and sneezing. My body aches all over even my eye *bleep* hurt.

I am glad that you guys are doing better.

I caught a cold over two weeks ago and although I'm feeling better I still feel it lingering in my system.

I know this sounds crazy, but I haven't  had a cold in about 5 years .
