yea i agree, its probably not even worth it. they'll have you signing up for bogus stuff and end up with all your information.. and then you'd need to use their service and give them money in order to get this "free" laptop.

I have enough problems with the one I have!!!!  Although if it was free....well....maybe.  Although I agree that these expensive giveaways are too good to be true... ::)

I definately dont think there is such thing as a free laptop.....i see those all the time and dont even bother with them.

 :wave:About two years ago, I did a site where you were paid in ipods.. Well I earned one, and they sent the wrong color, and then sent me the right color, so I ended up with a free ipod.  But it was a mistake on their part.I still have both ipods [shuffles] and they work really great.

Never a laptop but just received a $500 target gift card doing the same offers.  :thumbsup:

That's cool. I've seen enough people selling $500 Wal-Mart gift cards on eBay that I guess they must have done something similar. Did you have to do many pay offers to get the card?
