I was doing a survey and the Save button wont click on after 10 minutes of answe

If you are talking about the profile survey that comes up after taking the FC surveys, I have had the same problem. I just close the screen and I still recieve credit for the survey.

I got hung up on the profile survey too, then I broke down and chose other for what beer I drink even though I don't drink beer.  If it gets stuck go back up and look for the red type.  You have to answer every question.

I have that same problem. I will complete that survey over and over and it will never save. I also finally realized that I can click out of it and still get credit.

I have been doing A Couple Of Surveys Today. I Don't  Mind That I Don't Qualify, But it Would Be Nice To Get The Penny For Not Qualifying

I also had this problem in some past surveys I done, unfortunately there was nothing I nor FusionCash could of done at that time. It is very frustrating when you do a survey and something goes wrong somewhere that you don't get the credit for it. it is a survey risk and you just hope that you get through it without a problem when you do qualify for one. I don't mind not qualifying for a survey a penny is better then nothing at all. But when you complete a survey and at the end something goes wrong to prevent you from getting the money credit well that is so not fair and yes it does get you angry because you lost the time that you spent on it as well.

I was doing fine with selecting cancel until yesterday. I completed 2 FC surveys yesterday but couldn't get past that final page. Neither have credited yet. One was fairly long and I had to have my son complete part of it as well. I've received credit for another survey since then, so I think these may be a loss.

The reason why the "cancel" option is no longer working is because they fixed the bug in the profile survey.  If you complete the profile, you should be able to "Save" now without any problems.  The best part is that once you do that, the profile survey will stop popping up after every survey.
