If I don't start, I'm ok.  It's when I have my first piece of candy or dessert.........then I want more!

Yes, too often, and usually at night, especially for chocolate and ice cream (which is why I try not to buy it too much) - so bad for my weight!

Sugar is a big trigger for me at the moment.  I'm working on controlling it but it's hard when people are constantly being all "have a cookie" during this time of the year.  I don't know if this is true, but I've heard that if you eat certain foods for a while, you can actually change your taste buds so a spoonful of ice cream is enough to curb your sugar cravings.  If that's actually true, I'd love to get to that point so I don't get this urge to eat the entire bag of chocolate when I try one.
