With all the cold and snow this year we've had a fire in our wood stove a lot. It makes you feel warmer just to see it and it does keep the house warmer.

We have a gas fireplace.... I still love it sit in front of it and enjoy it, but NOTHING like the SMELL of a fire!!! love it, love it, love it!

I can't see why people in Florida have fire places. They even have fire pits outside. Florida is so hot - why make it worse?
