I don't feel guilty about "cheating" because there is nothing I exclude from my diet. If I want to eat something I have it in moderation and include it as part of my overall healthy diet

I don't really do diets, but I've been trying to eat better and I've been slipping up the past few weeks.  It's kinda hard to keep on a diet when you get bad news though.  I just went shopping a few days ago though so I should have the right ingredients to get myself back on track.

It's better not to "diet" but to try to eat healthier to try to lose weight.  The hardest thing for me though is to not eat after 8:00 pm at night, especially while watching tv.   I try munching on celery and carrots but the first couple of days are hard.

 :( I AM  GUILTY ABOUT THAT I ALWAY CHEAT A LITTLE PIECE CANDY HERE PIECE OF CAKE THERE AND WHATDO YOU KNOW I HAVE MESS UP MY DIET BUT I KNOW YOU WILL DO GOOD
