I don't set the alarm I just wake up when I am ready to wake up except on Sunday I usually set the clock so I don't miss church service. I usually sleep 6 hours a night but I go to sleep very late so I don't like to set the alarm. I also don't answer my phone if it wakes me up I just doze back to sleep.

Do you set the alarm even though you are retired?
If you are  still working, is there a day when you allow yourself to "sleep in"?

I don't have an alarm. Sometimes I sleep in til 7am, but most days I get up at 4am.

I set my alarm so I don't waste the morning.  So I get up at 7:30, unless I'm on vacation. Then its usually 9 a.m.

My internal clock wakes me up around 5:30 am no matter the day.

I wish I could sleep in to catch up on some of the sleep I missed when I was at a convention over the weekend.  Between time zone changes, late nights there, and excitement all around, I could use a few hours of sleep.

I only wish I was retired. I probably have 30 years plus of working left. I set my alarm for 6:15, but with how early it gets light I am usually up before 6:00.

For some reason I don't use an alarm and no matter what time I go to sleep I always seem to get up around the same time every day.
