I use coupons on the things I need.  You'll save $$$$$ using coupons.

This is a not surprising to me especially at a Wal-Mart.  They are not known for their friendly personnel in my area.  If I have coupons I use them.  That is what they are for and the cashier needs to get over it and scan them with a smile.

I use them whenever I can find ones for stuff I use or want to try.  Generally coupons take 25-40% off my bill...to me, even though I print them on my printer, they are as good as money.  Just yesterday I got @ 10.00 knocked off my grocery bill. Coupons are just fine by me.

I definitely like using coupons, but I guess I never had enough to make a sizable delay in the line. If this works I probably wouldn't care as much either, but I don't think I ever had enough coupons to go double digits. I guess I frequent the places I go to enough I split through them multiple sessions.

One guy scanned the coupon. I saw it ring up with the -$amount of coupon. He scanned the rest of them. When I got home and looked at my receipt, NONE of the coupons were on there. He scanned them and then undid the transaction.  I now count the coupons I hand to the cashier and then step aside to check the receipt.

I try to use coupons as often as I can but i find most of the coupons aren't for products I use. I want healthy items and coupons seem to be for cookies and package mixes that are not healthy.

When you use your coupons next time, make an effort to find this cashier and get in her line! I'm sure you'll make her day!!

You may want to inform the manager of this bad attitude coming from one of their highly-skilled employees. ;)

I had an incident at Walmart a few weeks ago myself. It was a $3 off coupon. The lady gave me the run around for about 15 minutes until I was finally like forget it, I will just try it another time.

Make sure you go back to the same cashier just to make her day!! lol :)
I almost NEVER shop without my coupons! The most I saved was $77...at least my cashier got a kick out of it and I warn all the people behind me it might take a while because of my coupon fetish! lol ....well you keep on couponing girl! Don't worry what others say or think! And tell her manager if she so much as rolls her eyes at you. That is her JOB! And if she don't like it then she can work at Burger King!! lol :)

That is my thoughts.  I went to a different cashier today and she had a little attitude but mom says let it go.  As I was fixing to pay she was doing the coupons mom said I am going on to the car.  And she took the buggy.  The cashier says " what kind of card are you paying with". I said DOES IT MATTER????  Stupid b@tch.  I told her it was MY card and did not matter.  She muttered something and then was like never mind.  I told her the coupons that were from the internet were from walmart.com and it should not be an issue.  She had to manually enter a couple that were from the paper.  The next time I have several coupons I am going to go ahead and have a manager come to the register with me.   The older cashiers are all hateful.  I don't know why it is an issue for ME to save money.  There was ONE coupon at was expired and the register kicked it out.  I looked at it and was like oh okay that is fine.  I did look at them but missed that one.   Idk.  I just cannot take much more stupid. lol.  Oh and Ilike her going to BK.  I never eat there.  Nothing wrong with our BK Ijust do not like the burgers from BK.

I don't get that many coupons, and I don't understand how people can get away with stacking coupons to get things for free, when all the coupons I ever see specifically state "not to be combined with any other coupons."  Also, I don't buy things I normally wouldn't use, just to "save money" by using the coupons. I only use coupons if it's for something I would normally buy anyway, and if the store brand isn't cheaper.

I never said anything about stacking coupons.  All the coupons I used today and last time were for cents off most were 50 cents to a dollar off of products I either usually buy or something I could buybecause it made it affordable.  Andthe stacking is not illegal or doing anything wrong.  What people do is if they have a coupon and the product goes on sale they use the coupon and purchase it while it is on sale.  I had some really good coupons once for crest tooth paste.  Walmart had marked the toothpaste down to really cheap so with my coupons I only paid like 50 cents per tube.

I do not do the extreme couponing thing like the people on TV where everything is free or they end up getting money back from the cashier.  Personally, I think that is bogus.  I do not believe any of that is real.  And where I live they never double or tripple coupons.  All I do is get the coupons I am interested in and buy the correct products for that coupon and expect the stupid cashier to accept the legit coupon and take them off my total.  I am not asking for too much.  I think they are jealous because thet do not want to see people save money.

I never coupon at walmart, the are asses about them I do use them at Kroger and Publix.

Thank you!  I do not have any where else to shop.  I use to live near a Kroger but not any more.  :(

Walmart is the cheapest and the only place I have to choose from.  Then there is the whole Walmart accepts coupons and they just need to do their job thing.  I am not doing anything wrong.  It is legit coupons for the item the coupon is for.  So the cashier needs to shut up and take the coupon.

lol.  I don'tthink they are known for their friendly personality at any of them.  There are some good people working at Walmart but the bad drowns out the good.

Oh wow.  Did you go back to the store?  I pay attention to the total and then give them the coupons so I know it is lower.

Oh I contacted corporate.  The assistant manager called me the other day.  She assured me she will make it clear to that cashier the thing that happened is unacceptable.  I would go thru her line but I figure she will smart off or jump on me.  I don't wanna go to jail for smacking her. lol.  I am sure she will know I was the one who complained.  Besides several people know I contacted corporate.  Not that I care.  I am just tired of being treated like I am a bad person for using a coupon.
