How often do you go for a walk?

During the week I take two short walks on my breaks with coworkers. It is nice to get outside and away from the computer!

I walk a minimum of 30 minutes every morning before preparing for day - 15 year habit.

I walk to and from work everyday.  It's only for like 5 minutes each way. But i hardly walk any time after that.

I try to get outside for an hour's jog every other day at worst, every day if I can. It is really refreshing and keeps me healthy.

I walk everyday, even in bad weather (do it inside at a mall) and often more than once each day. Walking is part of my exercise routine.

I hurt my news a couple of months ago, so I am only doing 1 or 15 minute walks right now.  Before that I usually walked 2 or 3 miles every day, and I plan on doing it again within the next couple of months.

i walk every morning,,    2 miles  before the heat sets in and then walk 3 miles in the evening after the sun goes down.  love my evening walks,,,,  people are usually sitting out and i can stop and chat with them

My husband and I used to walk every afternoon during fall and spring. But now the mosquitos are crazy they're so big and wild. So I don't go for a walk anymore.

Sadly, I have to say "Not Enough" .. I tell myself all the time that I need to start taking a walk everyday .. but then life gets in the way
