Watch This Video has videos sporadically for my area.  I just checked now after reading this thread and it is  says: 
"We are all out of offers. Please check back later for more."

That is exactly how it has been on my end for months. I don't bother checking them on a regular basis anymore but thanks to this post I went and checked it out and what do you know there's a video! I usually have to wait for hyprmx to pop up on the videos if I want to earn my 5 cents from the videos.

I haven't had "watch this video" in a long time, when I last did it would say "sorry all out of offers".  It has also been a long time since I have seen a half-cent video (it is turned on).  The superrewards still dont credit.  video weirdness lol
