Yes I saw an ad where deliveries were done on Sunday.

Surprised, they were arguing they would cut Saturdays down. But I think this service is only for Amazon deliveries?  :sad1: not sure.

we get mail Monday through Saturday.  No Sunday Mail.  Although we did get a package delivered on a Sunday by Fedex.

thought that was a little strange  lol  I guess that is why we pay for shipping !!!!!

Amazon has been using the postal service to make deliveries on weekends since December.

No matter how many days a week they deliver mail, the postage rates are still going to go up! Rates go up like every 6 months it seems like! It's hurting businesses nationally and internationally! I'll deliver my own mail! I'll visit the post office everyday if I have to! :P

I don't like that idea. They talk about usps having money troubles. This is not helping.

Did you know the mail now runs on sundays?

Apparently The U.S Postal Service and Amazon.com now have a contract to deliver mail on sundays..

What are your thoughts and Opinions on this? Do you think this is a good or bad thing?Do you think Amazon Could be owning the U.S Postal Service soon?

I haven't heard that at all.  As a matter of fact, last I heard about mail delivery was the USPS was thinking of cutting BACK days they deliver the mail.  LOL, we might as well go back to Pony Express!

I thought I had heard the same thing about cut backs.

The only time mail got delivered on Sunday was when Seinfeld did it for Newman to help him get a transfer which he didn't because Jerry was too good at it so they knew it wasn't Newman doing it lol :D  If they do mail on Sundays expect the price of stamps to go up, AGAIN :bad:
