how do people live with out air conditions

People who live in 100 degree weather probably accustomed to it. I can deal with hot weather, but I can't deal with humid weather.

It's easy for me because I hate air.  I hate being cold.  I never turn on my air not even in my car.  I love heat.

I use a fan or I go somewhere else in the house where there is ac

With utilities so high, some people go out to public places during the day to stay cool that way during the hottest parts of the day they will be cool.

Buy a fan...or go to the library, they're air conditioned.

I very seldom use my air conditioner because it raises my electric bill too high.  It has to be well over 90 degrees before I turn it on and then that is in mid or late afternoon and I turn it off in the evening.

I grew up without air conditioning yet today I don't think I could live a day without it in the summer. I guess it is just what you are use to.

We just got a new ac unit and furnace it cost nearly $8k! It was an investment because when it's really hot I tend to wake up and not sleep very good.

Depending on where you live, for example near the ocean, you'll get a nice breeze and cooling effect than if you live inland which is where I live.

I couldn't live without AC. I would go mad!

When it gets hot here in the summer, I dont know what I would do with out my air either. But these days it has been getting mighty cold and I been thinking more about the furnace.

My children love the Ac and have me freezing at night.  It is easier for me to feel cool but not cold.

Us folks in Florida can't live without air conditioners - at least where I am concerned anyway.  We didn't have one when I was a child - and only a window unit when I was a teenager.  I just wouldn't be able to bear it now even though I'm not as hot natured as I used to be.  Well here is hoping you get that air fixed fast.
