How Do You 'Thank' Someone in the Forum?

In case you're wondering, we hide the 'say thanks' (and some other features) from displaying to new forum members.  Reason being, forums can be a little bit overwhelming, especially if you're new to them -- so we keep it simple(r) until you've had some time to get accustomed.
