so i went back to using ivory soap after i wash my hair so nothing on skin it has been like a dream only couple breakouts in months no lotions oils or creams needed as long as i dont use anything except ivory soap

It may be food related. Try eliminating things from your diet to see if it will clear up. My daughter has eczema and boils due to gluten, dairy and egg intolerance :( good luck I know it can be horrible.
