I use PayPal and have never had a problem. I never had to pay a fee for having my FC money sent to PayPal.

I am very grateful for getting my money a few days earlier by using PayPal. Sometimes, it is a whole week earlier than receiving a check. A check usually does not arrive until the 25th of the month.

For those who may be new to Fusion Cash, i recommend using PayPal or Direct Deposit.

Is your PayPal account verified? That may be why you are getting an extra fee. As others said FC does not charge a fee to pay your via PayPal

If I'm not mistaken it's not possible to get Paypal payments from Fusioncash unless your account is verified.
