it helps congestion.

my neighbor used to use oxygen and now no longer needs it. there are inhalers and salt lamps. There is a himalayan salt product for yuor feet or hands.

Hmmm Isn't the same salt also sometimes turned into compressed brick slabs you can put on the bbq and cook on top with or is that another flat salt brick?

I never heard of himalayan salt before.  Is it really salt or anothe chemical that is in the form of salt?

I was going to buy a salt lamp a while ago but never got around to it (still researching the benefits).

Love pink himalayan salt! I switched over to it a little over a year ago when I was told I had high blood pressure, and I don't use anything else in my cooking now. I'm interested in using salt lamps around the home, but just haven't had a way to do that yet.
