Well, there is is a problem. I gather that FC is trying to send you emails but for some reason, they are not going through. It sounds like they are bouncing back. I am not a tech savvy person but I have heard of this happening because of Firewalls, virus protections and other reasons. I have never understood what it all means.

Are you using AOL for your email?  I think that I have heard of some sites blocking emails from FC and sites similar to FC.

I use yahoo for my FC account and have never had this problem. 


Just wondering why you asked if the user was using AOL? I have used AOL since I have had FC without a problem. Do people have more issues with AOL than with other emails accounts? Just curious in case I need to set up an account with yahoo or hotmail.

I have not gotten daily e-mail for two days but am not getting an error message like this either.

I was able to receive a paid email today. The first one since Jun 9th Around 4:30pm. Central time.
Around 5:29 my Account shows this message again!  :crybaby2:

Action Required: Your email address  is not receiving our messages. When attempting to send you an email, we encountered this error: Other undefined Status. Please update your email address, checking carefully for typographical errors. You should also confirm that the account is still active.

I'm so sorry about these troubles.  We're doing our best to work around it but the bottom line is that your ISP is blocking our emails.  Since you're a paying customer, they might listen if you ask them to unblock us.  With that said, I've cleared the 'bounce' message from your account now and you might want to try signing up for DCEs again.  I'd understand if you didn't want to though!!

I have contacted AT&T twice about this matter. I have filled out two forms with them about unblocking both of your IP addresses  "Old and New" over a week ago! It is strange to me, however that it got through today,and now it is blocked again. I throw in the towel, so to speak.....

The reason for the block/unblock is that we were re-routing SBC/ATT emails to a different server, but it took a while to get all of the emails rerouted.  During that several day process some of your emails were being sent by a 3rd party service and some were still being sent by us.  That's why some bounced and some went through.  As of now, I believe we have rerouted all the emails for SBC/ATT customers so you *should* be OK from here on out.  Of course, it's all up to SBC/ATT in the end.

I am happy to report for the last week now I have been receiving all my emails from Fusion Cash. :thumbsup:

I am happy to report for the last week now I have been receiving all my emails from Fusion Cash. :thumbsup:


I just started getting emails(besides the daily email) from them again since probably the end of 2013. Whatever changes they made worked
